Who We Are
Adulam Foundation is a community development organization made up of an interdisciplinary team that provides multiple branches of programs including: assessment and counselling through our Registered Social Workers as well as life skills coaching and workshops facilitated by our trained staff and volunteers. The workshops focus on promoting wellness and building life skills with children, youth, adults, and families. We also offer services and workshops for companies seeking Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training and consultation.
Adulam Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that commits to fostering transformative change for the betterment of individuals, families and communities through service delivery, education and promoting active participation while enhancing the lived experiences of the communities served. We work through an anti-oppressive anti-racist trauma-informed lens.
Our not-for-profit interdisciplinary team carries out interventions and research projects that foster resilience and promote wellness through building coping tools within the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual pillars.
In Response to COVID-19
Our Mobile Resiliency Crew creates access to trained professionals that actively travel throughout Ontario supporting seniors, children and youth whose mental health is impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The program is designed to provide an intervention that is accessible, and promotes wellness through social emotional supports such as active listening, peer support, and recreational activities.
